The project, for Durr, was a Design-Build. As the Owner's Representative for the Building, total responsibility for P&L (Profit & Loss) was required. Developed Bid Packages; wrote contracts for the General Building Trades and Managed the building construction process through collaboration with Albert Khan Associates (AKA) as the Construction Manager.
