Estimating On-The-Fly is an appropriate description for D-B Estimating. Team members make immediate decisions and changes to final documents based on discovered costs, as the design is developing. DMR has worked under this rigorous type of project development and succeeded by ensuring that critical systems are identified and modular priced to ensure the validity of cost.
Competitive Hard-Bid
If you are a General Contractor or Subcontractor, then you know what "Bidday" means. If your Bid Room is chaotic and you feel pushed to the wire, then consulting with DMR is the answer. Using computerized Bid-Management software, "Bidday" becomes an ordered process; leaving sufficient time for last minute changes and business or "buy" decisions.
