Afghanistan 8 & 22 Room School House
Two Prototype estimates for the construction of school houses to be built in Afghanistan. This project done for and in coordination with USAID required detailed research and sensitivity to the economic and political climate in the country.
Non-typical means and methods were derived and included in this pricing exercise. Additionally, logistic analysis was included as a healthy part of cost associated with the construction.
Under this ID/IQ (Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity) contract for NAVFAC (Naval Facilities Engineering Command), numerous estimates were developed. Each estimate needed to consider logistics as it related to the locale of Djibouti in East Africa. Projects included:
• 500 KcMil Ductbank Runs
• Aircraft Maintenance Hanger
• Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) Water Production Facility
Located in St. Louis, MO, this project for the Veterans Administration (VA) consisted of providing a Cost Estimate involving Mass Earthwork development and construction of a 4.2 Ac. parcel at the National Cemetery; for the inclusion of 4,566 Single-Double and Quad-Double Crypts.
Willamette National Cemetery

Niamey Niger Embassy Renovations V/E Study
Working with a team of Engineers, Architects and members of The U.S. State Department; developed Estimated Cost Responses to potential Value Engineering (V/E) Concepts.
The week-long process produced more than 50 Estimates; 35 of which were then presented to the U.S. State Department for consideration in project budget reduction to the renovation.
