A 300 Bed, $33M Prison Facility built for the State of CT Department of Corrections, in Uncasville, CT. Phase I consisted of providing Cost Estimating for the development of the project; while Phase II Consisted of On-Site Cost Control working with selected Construction Managers of the project.
Anne Klein Forensic Center
Overall Management of the $20M Design-Build process involving Modular Construction of a 200 Bed Psychiatric Facility in Trenton, NJ. Selection of A/E and Major Sub-Consultants. The project required detail analysis and multiple early conceptual cost estimates to determine whether to move forward with Pre-Cast Concrete Modular or Steel Modular Units. The decision to move ahead with Pre-Cast and management of the design around such made for a more competitive bid.
