Successfully bid and negotiated the renovation of Two (2) 20,000 sf office floors within the Ameritech Main Headquarters building in Downtown Chicago. The negotiated proposal included a Pricing Response, Construction Schedule and Preliminary and Final Presentations to the Ameritech Review Board.
The key deciding elements in our favor with the board was the presentation of Swing-Space Management, Chicago City Permit Knowledge and Management Plan and Schedule.
Three White Flint North (3WFN)
Built for the Nuclear Regulatory Industry (NRC). 3WFN is a 322KSF 14 Story Class A Office Structure. Among its features are a 10KSF Data Center, 13KSF Operations Center, 5KSF Cafeteria and 4 Story below grade parking for 625 cars. The building houses 1300 employees. Acting in a Consultant capacity; provided Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE's), Technical Analysis, Claims Defense Management, Site Inspection and Schedule Analysis.
